Holiday home "Olive" From the north side holiday house "Olive" is bounded by mountain cliffs, and it is situated on the very edge of Biokovo Nature Park.On the south there is a beautiful view on Adriatic coast and island of Brač, Hvar and peninsula Pelješac. This location is a perfect surrounding for quiet and relaxing holiday, just 10 minutes drive to pebble beaches in Makarska and Tučepi. Stone house is rebuilt two years ago and this is the first season that is rented to guests. It provides 3 star rating accomodation through the whole year.There are 2 floors with 80 square meters of living space.On the first floor there is living room, dining room, kitchen and bathroom. Most of the furniture is new as well as the kitchen appliances. On the second floor there are two bedrooms for maximum five persons.Parking place is just 20 meters from the house, big enough for three cars. The house is surrounded by a flower and vegetable gardens, terrace and wood. Restaurant is 1, store 3 and beaches 4 kilometers away. Tučepi The hamlet of Podpeć is one of the Tučepi hamlets just 300 metars of altitde. Built in traditional Mediterranean style, are spread over a large area of coastal limestone slopes of Biokovo mountain.Rich in natural water springs, the area abounds withterraced eardens, vineyards and olive-groves.Apart from the holiday homes and cottages the Potpeć hamlet is uninhabited since the '60 of the last century. Near Potpeć there are many historical sights and hiking trails.Two kilometers away to the east is the entrance of the Biokovo Nature Park, second highest mountain in Croatia and to the west, botanical garden Kotišina. There is only four kilometars drive to the centre of town Makarska, capital of the region and to village of Tučepi. Tučepi is recognized as a popular tourist destination because of it's foure kilometers long pebble beach, clean sea, mild climate, sport grounds and marina. |
