   he house comfortably sleeps 4 (two bedrooms) and can accommodate 6 ( large extendable sofa bed in the living area). Fully outfitted with all modern amenities - this is the place to come relax. If you have work to do – there is a wireless service for your convenience. There is a café bar, small shop selling all essential items, post office. More comprehensive amenities can be found in Porec. The house has been rebuilt in 2012 in original style and traditional materials. Its thick walls ensures that it stays relatively cool even in the height of the summer sunshine. However, the air-conditioning is provided in the living room overlooking the garden and the pool. Bedrooms are also air-conditioned.
The house is constructed entirely in stone found at the site and boasts many traditional features. It consists of an open plan kitchen area , living room and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor. Downstairs there are two bedrooms and a small bathroom with a shower.

Tinjan

   The house provides you with the opportunity to live in a typical Istrian village. Although the house is situated in the very centre of Tinjan, near the church, the area is very quiet. The accommodation will provide a relaxing holiday.Tinjan is a place that proudly preserves its history and tradition whether it relates to the symbols of the area – stone dry walls and pools relating to superior gastronomic specialities such as Istrian smoked ham (pršut).The tradition of the production of superb smoked ham is nowadays in Tinjan area preserved by numerous registered smoked ham manufactures and in 2006 Tinjan proclaimed itself the Municipality of Istrian smoked ham. Traditionally international ham fair is held every year in October.
