Posedarje

   Only several minutes from motorway exits Zadar 1 and Posedarje, 20 kilometres away from Zadar, toward the north-east, on the very coast of the Novigrad sea, you can find peaceful Dalmatian village Posedarje.

Geografical position and climate make Posedarje unavoidable tourist destination. This oasis of peace is surrounded by historical towns (Zadar, Nin, Obrovac, Pag…), even five national parks (Paklenica, Krka, the Northern Velebit, Kornati and Plitvice) and three parks of nature (Zrmanja, Telašæica and the Vrana lake).

Because of mild climate and in average 2 000 hours of sunshine per year this is one of the sunniest parts of the Mediterranean. Sea temperature in the summer ranges from 24*C to 27*C. Closeness of the sea and circulation of clean air from the mountain of Velebit have a therapeutic effects on people with hard breathing.
