Apartments Malvina
Apartments on island Rab "Malvina" - Accommodation in our spacious two-room apartments of 1st category on place called Palit, only 20 m distant from the sea. Apartments are fully equipped, omfortable, each has floor area of 70 m2. The house with apartments is placed 7 m above the sea, in the cove of St. Eufemia, 900 m distant to the center and 1.5 km from the old town of Rab.
Each apartment includes a kitchen, living room with a balcony, double bedroom with balcony, double bedroom without balcony, a corridor and a modern bathroom with a toilet.
The house is circled by a pine woods and other Mediterranean herbs. The view from its balconies extends to a flowered garden, the woods and the sea. A special atmosphere is created in the front garden of the apartment shaded by pines and palm-trees.
Besides the house, we also own a parking space. The place to moor the boats is only 40 m away.
In the apartments and in their proximity you can use free wireless (WLAN) Internet access.
Rab
The place called Palit is placed along the Rab town. The island of Rab is situated in the northern part of the Croatian side of Adriatic Sea and belongs to the Kvarner group of islands. It is placed between 44° 41' and 44° 51' of latitude (northern) and between 14° 40' and 14° 53' of longitude (eastern). Along with some smaller islands its surface is 86.14 km2. The island expands from the Northwest to the Southeast and its length in that direction is 22 km. The biggest stretch of the island is 11 km and the smallest 3 km. The island of Rab is separated from the mainland by the Velebit canal. The smallest distance from the mainland is 1800 m. In the immediate proximity of the island of Rab there are many small islands.
The island of Rab, one of the islands with most woods, with 300 water-springs, is a real display of vegetation. Komrčar, a park situated in the immediate proximity of the old town, and in which laurel and polar-tree, pine tree and a century old agava, grow side by side.
